Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 3, 2026

Welcome to Emergency Cleanup and More Corp. By using this website, submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, or scheduling services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services

Emergency Cleanup and More Corp. provides professional water damage cleanup, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, crime scene cleanup, biohazard cleanup, hoarding cleanup, and property cleanout services for residential and commercial properties.

Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service availability and arrival times may vary based on location, weather, site conditions, crew availability, and the severity of the situation.

We proudly serve Orange County, Seminole County, Polk County, and surrounding Central Florida communities.

Estimates and Pricing

Pricing is based on the type of service required, the size and condition of the affected area, the level of contamination or damage, accessibility, labor, equipment, materials, disposal requirements, and other conditions present at the property.

Estimates are prepared using the information available when the property is inspected or the service is requested. Initial estimates may change if hidden damage, additional contamination, unsafe materials, structural concerns, or a larger scope of work is discovered after services begin. Any material changes to the scope or price will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Payments and Insurance

Payment terms will be provided before work begins or included in the service agreement. Unless other arrangements are approved in writing, the customer is responsible for all charges associated with the services provided.

Emergency Cleanup and More Corp. may assist customers with documentation and communication related to an insurance claim. However, insurance coverage is determined solely by the customer’s insurance carrier. We do not guarantee that an insurance company will approve or pay any claim, estimate, invoice, or portion of the work.

The customer remains responsible for amounts not paid by an insurance carrier, including deductibles, excluded services, depreciation, uncovered work, and denied claims.

Authorization and Property Access

The person requesting service confirms that they are the property owner or have permission from the property owner or another authorized party to approve the work.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and disclose known hazards, structural damage, chemicals, weapons, controlled substances, infectious materials, aggressive animals, utility problems, or other conditions that may affect the safety of our crew.

Utilities may need to remain available during service. Delays, additional charges, or changes to the work may occur if the property cannot be safely accessed or necessary utilities are unavailable.

Crime Scene and Biohazard Services

Crime scene, trauma, and biohazard cleanup services may begin only after the property has been released by law enforcement, emergency personnel, the medical examiner, the property owner, or another authorized party when applicable.

Certain contaminated materials, personal belongings, flooring, drywall, furniture, and structural components may need to be removed and properly disposed of to complete the cleanup safely. The customer or an authorized representative will be informed when removal is necessary whenever circumstances reasonably allow.

Mold, Water, and Fire Damage Limitations

Cleanup and remediation services address conditions that can be reasonably identified and accessed during the work. Hidden moisture, concealed mold, structural damage, smoke residue, contamination, or other conditions may be discovered after materials are removed.

Mold, moisture, smoke, odors, or other damage may return if the original source is not properly corrected. Customers may need to hire plumbers, roofers, electricians, HVAC contractors, structural contractors, or other qualified professionals to repair the source of the problem.

Emergency Cleanup and More Corp. does not guarantee that mold, water intrusion, odors, contamination, or property damage will not return when the underlying source remains unresolved or when affected areas cannot be safely accessed.

Personal Property and Disposal

Customers should identify important documents, money, jewelry, medication, photographs, keepsakes, firearms, electronics, and other valuable or sensitive items before work begins whenever it is safe to do so.

Items that are contaminated, damaged beyond recovery, unsafe to handle, or approved for removal may be discarded as part of the cleanup. Emergency Cleanup and More Corp. is not responsible for items that the customer or an authorized representative approved for disposal.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. A dispatch, inspection, equipment, labor, or cancellation fee may apply if a crew has already been assigned, dispatched, or has arrived at the property.

Unsafe Conditions and Service Refusal

We reserve the right to delay, modify, suspend, or decline services when conditions present an unreasonable risk to our employees, customers, occupants, or the public.

These conditions may include structural instability, active fire, electrical hazards, gas leaks, unknown chemicals, explosives, unsecured weapons, illegal substances, aggressive animals, ongoing criminal activity, or contamination outside the scope of the requested service.

Third Party Services

Some projects may require services from outside contractors, laboratories, insurance professionals, engineers, plumbers, electricians, or other third parties. Emergency Cleanup and More Corp. is not responsible for the actions, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, or decisions of independent third parties.

Care and Liability

Services are performed with care, professionalism, and reasonable attention to safety. However, cleanup and remediation work may involve damaged structures, contaminated materials, hidden conditions, and property that has already been affected before our arrival.

To the extent permitted by law, Emergency Cleanup and More Corp. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any liability related to a specific service is limited to the amount paid to Emergency Cleanup and More Corp. for that service.
